Royal Palm Gardens Condominium Association, Inc. is a private residential community located at 4655 Palm Avenue, Hialeah, Florida 33012. Our condominium complex consists of 105 individually owned units, offering residents the benefits of condominium ownership in one of South Florida’s most convenient and vibrant locations.

Founded with the vision of providing a peaceful, well-managed residential environment, the Association oversees the maintenance and operation of all common areas and facilities. We are proud to provide our residents with a secure, clean, and welcoming community that enhances both their quality of life and the long-term value of their investment.

A Community Built on Unity and Responsibility

The mission of the Royal Palm Gardens Condominium Association is to preserve, protect, and enhance the community by maintaining high standards of property care and promoting open communication between management, the Board, and the residents.

The Association is a not-for-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors elected by the unit owners. The Board’s primary responsibility is to represent the collective interests of all homeowners, ensuring that the property is properly maintained and that community rules are applied consistently and fairly.

The Board works closely with a professional management company to handle day-to-day operations, including maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and administrative duties. Together, they ensure that every aspect of community life is managed efficiently and with attention to detail.

Beyond maintenance and management, Royal Palm Gardens is dedicated to building a true sense of community among residents.
